1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Feral Up website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or engage our services.

2. Service Description

Feral Up provides professional licensed feral animal pest control services to rural landholders across NSW. Our services include:

  • Property assessment and pest management planning
  • Professional pest control operations (ground shooting, baiting, trapping)
  • Thermal drone surveillance and monitoring
  • After-action reporting and ongoing management recommendations
  • Group coordination across neighbouring properties

3. Client Accounts

Clients who engage our services agree to:

  • Provide accurate property information and boundaries
  • Communicate requirements, restrictions, and stock movements clearly
  • Provide safe access to the property for scheduled operations
  • Report any issues or incidents promptly
  • Pay for services as agreed in the quote or service agreement

4. Insurance Coverage

Feral Up carries $20M public liability insurance on all service operations. This coverage:

  • Is maintained by Feral Up / Myrtle Ventures Pty Ltd
  • Covers all professional pest control operations conducted on client properties
  • Includes property damage and third-party liability
  • Does not cover wilful misconduct or actions outside the scope of the agreed service

5. Safety and Compliance

All operations are conducted in accordance with:

  • All applicable NSW and Commonwealth laws and regulations
  • NSW Firearms Act requirements and licensing conditions
  • NSW codes of practice for humane vertebrate pest control
  • Biosecurity Act 2015 obligations
  • Safe working procedures including risk assessment and safety planning

6. Liability Limitations

Feral Up provides professional pest control services with the aim of reducing feral animal populations on client properties. However:

  • We do not guarantee complete eradication of any pest species
  • Results depend on factors including pest pressure, terrain, weather, and neighbouring property management
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the relevant service agreement
  • We are not liable for pest damage occurring outside the scope of the agreed service programme

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service agreements for:

  • Terms of Service violations
  • Safety concerns on the property
  • Provision of fraudulent information
  • Non-payment for services rendered
  • Illegal activities

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be raised directly with Feral Up. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
